Summary

This model was inspired by the lack of Sanji memorabilia on Thingiverse and a Zoro model made by Nikunj_gohil. I have provided 2 models, one with a cigarette in Sanji's right hand and one without. The smoke made some slicing issues in my slicer so I thought I should make one without.

For some reason, these models work better in the Creality slicer (probably because of a setting I haven't activated in Prusa). I got the no smoke sanji model to work in the Prusa slicer by doing the following:

Print settings<layers and Perimeters<Quality
Detect thin walls off

This applies to people with 0.4 size nozzle

Printer Settings<Advanced<Extrusion width

perimeters: 0.45
external perimeters: 0.42
infill: 0.45
Solid Infill: 0.42

all the rest can stay at 0

I have designed the model to work best to the right of Zoro as the hills match. I have also upscaled the model to match the 2x minimum that Nikunj_gohil requires in his Zoro Model. In the future, I might make a Luffy model that can fit in between both these models the create The Monster Trio.

This is my first attempt at creating a 3d model for 3d printing using Blender. I know it could probably be more optimised for 3d printing but obviously, that comes with experience.
