Summary

Designed and printed a Participation trophy for our troop. It is designed modular for assembly style printing and finishing to minimize filament or tool swaps.

Bases can be anything you want, but a printed base is included.

All wings were printed with a brim that was removed post printing, this allowed for sharp edges and points as well as helped with adhesion.

Wood bases are stained Pine, A router jig was used to cut 1/8th groves for the wings to sit in and to chamfer the front edge.
