Summary
This thing is a keychain container that can either be used to hold pills or be used to hold a single dollar bill, folded several times. The whistle is functional, and honestly quite good for what it is.
Print the lower container with threads at the top of the model, and the upper cap with threads at the bottom. This was designed not to need supports.
