Summary

I needed to replace the battery, but a 18650 wouldn't fit in the original case. I found Matthamatic's extended case, which worked like a charm, but i wanted to use the original front plate.

The front plate is just glued to the metal housing on the original istick so you can peal it off easily. I would recommend you to start from the bottom and use some tweezers, and approach it as flat as you can, and also try to use as much surface of the tweezer as you can. When i started from the top, it broke the edges of the plate around the fire button.
If you can manage to bring the glue as well it's also better because you don't have to glue it on, you can just use the original glue.

I also extended the case a tad more bit.

To make the bottom part and a top part flush with the shell, you heve to cut out a tiny bit from the two "cylinder", where your screw goes in. For the easier print i didn't modified that. For this you can use a small side cutters.

Be cautious when working with lithium batteries, use this at your own responsibility!
