Summary
This is an adapter plate for the housing "Enclosure for WT32-ETH01 + 4x Relay's + DS18b20"
to fit in 2 DAC and one power board / Step-down Module. Can be seen as printed in blue on the photos.
Besides the WT32-ETH01 board, these are the components used:
0-10V DAC: DFR0971 / GP8403 from DFRobot

You need to remove two studs from the original enclosure in order to connect the ground cables to the DACs.
