Summary

This is a particulate/organics mask filter cartridge adapter for the Creality K1, but would work with any 60 mm fan. It is in two parts to be able to print without supports and make gasket adjustments. The parts have printed threads and just screw together. Air will move opposite the direction intended for the filter, but will still be filtered more than venting straight to the room.

I can't guarantee this will work with all filter brands. But it makes a smooth, tight connection with the Gerson G01 organic vapor cartridges I tried.

After printing, I made 2 gaskets from think polyethylene foam (pink in the picture) that was on something I'd recently ordered. One for sealing the adapter to printer interface, the other for sealing the cartridge to the adapter. Thickness of the foam isn't critical since the adapter threads or M3 bolts can adjust for thicker or thinner.

To mount the adapter, I replaced 2 diagonally placed M3 screws of the 60mm fan on the printer with M3x35 bolts (M3x30 and Mx40 would work too).

It might be a good idea to check the orientation of the filter on the adapter before fitting to the printer. You'll want the filter hanging towards the right so that gravity fights any vibration that might try to unscrew it. It will also leave more room between it and your filament spool.

A couple of M3 nuts to apply compression for the gaskets. Then all that is left is to just screw on your filter of choice.

I have no idea how well it will filter the air, how much they will restrict airflow, how long they can be used, etc. etc. Let me know if you discover anything that might be of use.
