Summary
This is a main carrier for XCR3D 2in1 hotend for a Sapphire Plus/Pro/SP-5 Bowden.
I love this hotend, never gave me any headache.
I found the original design here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4204708 , big thanks to the designer of the original part!
Used different part cooling fan guides, changed them a bit (original: https://www.printables.com/model/115297-side-cooler-for-4010-blower)
Im not a professional CAD designer, it is just a hobby, I needed an upgrade. I hope others will find it useful as well.
Can be printed with 0.4 and 0.2 nozzles. Tested with 0.1 and 0.2 layers
Sliced with Prusa Slicer
Rear side face down.
Organic supports 0.2(detachable)
Brim 15mm (I would say its a must when using organic supports)
Infill 70%
