Summary

Ø2" x 1/2" simulated Rivets heads for use on theatre stage and other cosmetic effects.

Included a 2" countersunk hole to make it easier to attach the rivets to our stage with #6 x 3/4" flathead wood screws.

Design was pretty quick and simple focused on aesthetics and an ability to print quickly. I did not design (or redesign) these with parametric or scalability in mind but included the technical drawing and Fusion 360 files if you want to make modifications.

We used a spray primer and regular household paints to color them to match our final set.

Found that the rivets looked better with extra top layers with the minimal infill. Also increased wall loops to make the built in countersunk screw hole a little stronger.

Post-Printing

Sanding is optional

We used Rustoleum Painters Touch 2x Spray Primer as a base coat. We then used household paints to color them to match our stage design.

After dried, we attached the rivets heads to our set with #6 x 3/4" flathead wood screws, but smaller drywall screws may work. #8 flathead wood screws could possibly work but may require drilling a larger center hole.
