20% infill with zigzag at this scale works pretty well if you are planning for the size of the original one you can set everything as the original lettering the only change here is the "K"

How I Designed This
Basically ported and converted the K from the KASA flag and turned it into SVG and removed the original N in tinkercad and added the K and I did some fine-tuning to match exactly the size of the original N
