Summary

This is a printable liquor bottle stopper, originally designed to replace a disintegrated cork. It must be printed in a rubber filament such as TPU. I found that slicing with an infill of 50% allowed it to be tough, yet flexible enough for a snug fit.

I added a fish icon on top for a touch of personality. There are two fish designs. The polygon definitions for the designs are the most interesting part of the provided OpenSCAD source file.

The included STL works for a bottle opening of 21.50 mm. When customizing for other bottles, I'd recommend sizing the plug so the bottom is about 1.50 mm smaller than the bottle opening and the top is about 5.50 mm larger than the bottle opening. This allows the cork to sit at the right level, not too deep nor too shallow.
