Summary

Many thanks to DanRom624 for his Swing Top Cap for beer bottle (1 inch).

I have a number of the pre-made plastic ones that break under pressure. So I have existing good quality wire bail arms but no obvious way of threading through the hole on the original model. So I've simply added a 3mm gap for my bail arm. I'll run a brew with a few of these in place and see how they hold over time.

I went for 100% strength and Gyroid infill pattern. I have a basic Ender 3 and these are small so trying to make them as strong as possible

How I Designed This

Steps

Sownloaded "Swing Top Cap for beer bottle (1 inch)" by DanRom624.

Using tinkercad placed a 3mm wide rectangle through the bottom of the model to enable the bail arm to be pushed in, It's tight enough that it doesn't seem to 'drop out'
