Summary

This is a remix of Dorkle's Helmet - You can see the first 2 pictures, I have a side by side of both helmets printed in full scale. Mine is on the left. Dorkle's helmet was great but at full scale it is the size of a motorcycle helmet and so I scaled it down to fit side to side but then it was smashing my nose or not covering my chin.

So this is a rescaled it with the sides narrower but the height taller and the front to back longer. It looks perfect in my opinion and fits my head like a glove. To scale this helmet to your head you should just need to measure ear to ear using a cosplay caliper like this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2892755. The rest should work itself out fine.

For reference my head is about 165mm ear to ear.

And then I used automotive window tint. Looks awesome, easy to see out but not in.

The fin is hot glued on from the bottom to secure it and then I carefully used hot glue on the to look like a weld.
