Extended axle to make the front track wider. Also includes the spacer that you need so the axle isn't loose.
Advantage, greater car control with a wider front track vs the rear.
Can clear suspension components if the wheels are touching on full lock. This spaces is out so the wheel will not contact the suspension/chassis
The hole in the axle where the the screw goes in may need to be drilled out to a larger hole. Depends on your 3d printer
LDRC 1802. Fits the Ae86 and RX7, I'd assume also the NSX.
