Compared to old version new one is bigger and with different mechanism that should work better

You need one top and bottom part (normal or keyring version) and 2 wheels (normal or weak)
Parts have markings (I and II) to let you know where each wheel should go
Assemble upside-down (digits not visible)
Bottom and top parts should snap together

‘Wheels-weak’ are easier to use - less force needed for rotating
You can also use Horiontal Expansion (XY compensasion) when printing wheels to change this needed force. Negative values (like maybe -0.02) will make it easier to use
Use this also if you will have problems with assembling (parts too loose or to hard to assemble)
The same if you want to resize the models - you will need to test the values that will work for you

Print Settings

Notes:
Made for 0,4mm nozzle
No supports needed
0.1 or 0.2mm layer height (slight variations may work too)

Change filament color for layers with digits
Top and bottom parts can be printed this way too (as on photos) or sepparate with just one color

Looks really nice with transparent filament as base color

The force needed to move the wheels depends on filament, printer calibration and slicer settings
If it's too hard to rotate wheels you can use a weak spring wheels version (it's 0.4mm thick instead of 0.8mm) or a horizontal expansion (xy compensation) - maybe something like -0.02 or so will help
Resizing the models may help too. You can try something like 100.5% for easier or 99.5% for harder rotating
