Summary

SERIOUS NOTE: I printed this in resin as a fit test. I do not know of a resin which is food-safe. I do not know anything about filament printing, and whether there is a type which is food-safe. Please do not use any non-food-safe 3D printing material in your dishwasher or anywhere that it would come into contact with something you eat. It is up to you to determine a safe material to use for this print!

My GE dishwasher (model GDWT260R10SS) was missing one of these upper rack stops, so I created one based on the one I did have. This isn't a perfect match, but it fits and locks into place properly!
