Summary
Cannot be purchased anywhere, so i make mold for it. Not tried yet. Not 100% same dimensions, but height and hole diameters fit.
Made from Shore 25A hardness silicone with 2 mm wall thickness. The resulting casting has similar flexibility to the original part
For harder silicone can be used inner part for 1.25mm wall thickness.
