Print as on the attached image. For nice lettering consider changing the bridging angle.
You can use filament swap change after 2nd layer to get letter visible (eg. on the buttons or top shelf)
The case uses latches to keep shell and hood together. For better fit, you can use M2.5 laptop screws. The hood is removable to enable firmware update when needed... Feel free to contact me if you want alternative version with the USB and reset hole exposed...
You can fill the LED holes on the RPi hood and top shell with a hot glue gun to create a nice diffuser. Before filling the hole with glue, place some tape to ensure the glue gets flushed with the part area - see the last photo.
