Summary
The plastic bar that goes across the 2 metal feet on my George Foreman broke. I measured and modelled it in FreeCad and printed it on my Ender 3 Pro.
Not sure if the metal feet get hot during the cook. If so, the PLA might melt. I haven't had a chance to use the grill since the repair. Looks good though.
NOTE: In the repaired picture, the length I printed was 200mm because I mismeasured. That's why you see "bits" missing on each side. I've increased the model to 204mm which is what I measured after I noticed it didn't quite fit.

If you print supports everywhere, it is kind of a pain to scrape them out of the holes. I've only printed this once (with supports) so I'm not sure how it would be without supports in the cavity.
You could try printing it with supports touching the bed only if you flip it on its side?
