Summary
This is the rubber Bulb on the gear lever inside the Master control under the manipulator cover assembly
I printed this with TPU 95A @ 0.16 and a 100% infill
After installation grease well and reinstall gear lever
Had no issues and the vehicle is in use every day

How I Designed This
Removed the lever and making use of mainly calipers designed and replicated the gear manipulator as the base
Using "Design in-place" in Solid Edge recreated the bulb that was worn-out
