Summary
I modified the original to have a 8mm square hole to match my existing handle/knob retainer. Not sure why one has a 14 mm shaft and the one I have has a 8mm shaft. This may be a North America version or something along those lines. Either way, the finger tabs of the original are perfect, but the hole was too big. This fixes that issue.
I included an STL and also the Fusion File I used to modify the original, just in case someone needs to modify it further.
