Summary

This was designed to attach to a piece of wood, so it can be used as the supports/legs for a monitor riser/stand. It can also be used for a basic shelf to sit on your desk.

The height (without top panel) is 2.75" (~70mm)
The length is 7" (~178mm)
The thickness of each side is 19/32" (15mm). Adding a 3/4" piece of plywood/lumber/whatever makes the total height 3.5" (~89mm).

NOTE: I printed this in PLA on an Ender 3 Pro v1, using a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.32mm layer height. If you are using different settings/materials, you should print a few test pieces to ensure the nuts and nut blockers still fit properly (and adjust accordingly).

Assembly:

Mark holes on the bottom of the wood panels where each support should be placed.
Drill 1/4" (6.35mm) holes through the panel. You can also countersink the bolt heads from the top.
Add a 1/4-20 nut to each side of the support, then slide the nut blocker in place to keep the nut from falling out. This will also keep the nut in place while screwing the bolt in.
Add some self-adhesive anti-slide rubber feet to the bottom of each support. This keeps the supports from sliding on your desk (and keeps the nut blockers from falling out).
Place the panel on top of the supports and insert 1/4-20 bolts. Carefully tighten the bolts until they are snug. Do not over tighten, as you don't want the plastic to break.
