The helmet is almost perfect! The only issue I had was printing the RF and fitting the RF-lens into the cover due to an overhang that prints. I have included a mesh STL of the 2 together to print as 1. And I have created a cutting mesh to allow the RF-lens to fit perfectly into the RF-cover (to be uploaded shortly) The new STL is RF (with cutout).

I have also found a printable pin from another model "Pin Connectors V3" by Emmett (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:33790) that I scaled to 80% which fits perfectly in the RF-stalk and Helmet holes allowing it to pivot. No hardware required.
