Hey. Hey,
the metal cotter pin on my Playseat Challenge chair broke and I was looking for a simple way to fix it. I created this simple part in Tinkercad. Just insert it into the tube, put it back on the chair and lock it with an M8x20 bolt (the bolt works much better than the original cotter pin). I ran a tapped hole for the bolt in the printed part for good measure.
It works great and overall I feel it has added to the strength of the frame when riding.
I printed it from PLA at 0.2, 5 perimeters, 50% infill.
