Summary

The stock mounting solution for the Maxca X6 is terrible, I came up with this 3D design so I could mount the Motorcycle Navigation system to BMW F800 GS 12mm GPS Bracket

Print as shown in the picture with supports,
6 walls, 6 Top and Bottom Layers
50% Infill Tri-Hexagon infill pattern

You will need the following hardware. I uses Stainless Steel hardware

Seven: 1/4 -20 Nyloc Inserts (Nuts… 6 for the mounting block, 1 inside the base plate adapter)

One: 1/4 -20 x1” Bolt (Attaches the base plate adapter to the mounting block)

Six: 1/4 -20 x 1.5” Bolt (Bolts the mounting blocks together to clamp onto the mounting bar)

Six: 1/4” Flat Washers

Instructions:

1: Remove the rubber vibration dampers from the stock mounting plate and insert into the new mounting plate adapter, Insert Nyloc nut into the bottom of the adapter (It is a tight press it) and attach to the the Maxca X6
2: Insert the remaining six Nyloc nuts into the mounting block back, (again tight press fit, you may need to use a vise or clamp to press these into the block) Attach the mounting block back to the base plate adapter with the 1” bolt
3: Use the six 1.5” bolts with washers to clamp onto your 12mm GPS Bracket
