Summary

I designed a very basic compartment divider for my Yamaha X-Max 300 (2019) since I found the genuine one costs a lot and also the chinese knockoff costs more than I expected.

This design does not include any text or graphics because the 3 mm overall thickness wouldn't tolerate cutouts and I didn't want to make that sacrifice. Also it is a functional part, not a fashion item.

Notes:
PLA is a bit more flexible, so I'd prefer ABS but it is up to your choice.

If you have a limited build volume (no less than 220x220x250mm) then rotate the model upright and apply brim in order to avoid deformation and keep the model stick to the build plate.

Best printed in flat, but if you don't have choice you need to make sacrifices.

Check your tolerances, might be a tight fit.
