Summary

Introducing a custom replacement lid crafted for the Wilfa ground catcher.
Faced with frequent hinge failures and the high cost of a spare part at €30, I embarked on creating my own solution.

This is not a 1:1 copy but rather a "good-enough" solution (it's a good fit and it works really well). Please feel free to improve this model!
Depending on your print settings you might need to clear out the hinges with a drill for a smooth motion.

To Wilfa:
From a sustainability standpoint, the decision to exclusively offer the entire kit—including the bean hopper and ground catcher—rather than just the lid appears illogical. You can do better!
