This is a replica vintage French DPDT parallel slide switch plastic actuator. I 3D printed mine from Phrozen brand ABS-like "creamy white" resin on a ELEGOO Mars 4 DLP printer using the manufacturer's recommended settings.

Vintage French DPDT Parallel Slide Switch Notched Tufnol Phenolic Resin Wafer

This is an alternative design of Tufnol phenolic resin wafer (base) for a replica Jeanrenaud style DPDT parallel slide switch to accommodate the smaller type of tinned copper static contact shown in the attached picture. These contacts are similar to the original Jeanrenaud ones but have a 1.3 mm diameter securing rivet hole and are shorter in length.

The basic design of this wafer is based on the other variant I have uploaded but with notches around the curved edge to allow the contacts to be bent over. This design is a hybrid of the earlier Jeanrenaud switch fitted to Brian's original Red Special guitar, a later variant of Jeanrenaud slide switch fitted to my Red Special replica and are modified from there to accommodate the smaller contacts of the type shown in the attached picture.
