Logitech G - Saitek 3 Piece Flight Control Throttle Handles: Version 2.

These handles are designed to replace the stock ones that come with the Logitech Saitek Throttle Quadrant. They feature an all round design for improved comfort (Similar to a large airliner controls) and a hollowed cylinder through the middle should you wish to secure them all as one with a rod, cable tie or even a thin penicil.

The version displayed here features chamfered edges on the centre print to reduce colliding with the left and right handles, this also helps when printing on larger nozzles.

Overhangs (See Photo): These will be required on the connector block that sits on the lever both inside and outside. These can be removed with needle-nose pliers or plastic cutters, just be sure not to apply to much pressure to the post.

The fit could be improved with internal "notches" or "segments" to lock it to the post but as they are they do not come off when in normal use or when sat upright.

How I Designed This

Measurements

The original handle posts were measured with digital callipers on the internal and external edges and the spacing between was also measured this way. Took the measurements into Tinker Cad and produced the subsequent model
