This is a customizable mesh that allows you to build balls of any size using ridged filament have it bounce like a rubber, pneumatic ball.
Most of the questions will depend entirely on your customization of this model. Make it smaller it will print faster. Make the holes smaller and it will be stronger, but less bouncy. Use PLA it will crack. Use TPU it won't bounce. Use PCTG and it will last a little longer than PLA. Use PC and it will last a while. Print the outshell in TPU and the rest in PLA? Who knows maybe that will work great... I would love to see your data.
Post-Printing
I've tried annealing this with PLA, it didn't go well.
Honestly, I think SLA is the way forward with this model.
