Summary

This is a straight track section that is compatible with the 1970 Remco Mighty Casey Ride'em Railroad train set. The dimensions are identical to the original 22" straight section. Ties must be glued to the rails. I recommend using 3D Gloop, but epoxy should work too. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF RAIL ORIENTATION. It is very easy to assemble the wrong way. Use reference photos above to make sure the track connectors are in the right place.

For assembling rail pieces together, you shouldn't need any adhesive. The pegs are press-fit by gently tapping with a hammer. They hold together very well and can be taken apart with a punch and a hammer.

I printed mine using PLA. PETG or ABS should work fine too. I printed with .2mm resolution using 15% infill and zig-zag supports. All pieces should be oriented with the correct side down when you load them in your slicer.
