Summary
I was hoping to find some kind of solar finder for the total eclipse of 2024 and after finding an idea to use a "rain gutter clip", I thought that's nice but it would be even better if I could find a way to collimate it with my telescope. I already have a green laser pointer and holder for the scope and realized that I could make a dummy body of the laser and add something similar to the rain gutter clip. The flat pieces should be glued to the square end of the long piece for best results.
