Summary
I was flipping through the Dice Hospital manual when I found the 'Final Collections' variant in the back of the booklet. I hadn't noticed the reverse sides of the ambulance cards because I have the upgraded 3d ambulances - which struck me as frustrating because it meant that if I wanted to play this mode, at the end of the game I would still have to dig out the ambulance cards rather than the 3d ones used for the rest of the game. So these are some simple tiles that sit in the dice slots of the upgraded ambulances and replace the cards.
