2.5" Hose Attachments for Shapeoko 5 Pro 2' x 4'

Summary

In my infinite wisdom, I built my Shapeoko enclosure 2" too short in the Y and Z axis. I thought I would be using a smaller Dust Collection hose and found myself with a 2.5" hose.

The attached models were made to hold the hose in place in a low-profile manner so the hanging hose doesn't get caught on the spoilboard or stretch and remove itself from the Sweepy.

Print the Z2Sweepy first and slip it into the Sweepy.

Print the Z Mount 2nd. You'll need slightly longer M5 machine screws to replace the original ones in the stepper motor. I believe I remixed this from PWNCNC's Stepper Mount for Festool shop vac hoses.
Here, you'll want to jog the spindle to the front right corner and lower the spindle plate as low as it will go - this gives you the longest stretch point. Give the hose 1" of extra travel length down then zip tie it to the Z Mount.

Print 2 of the X Mount brackets and place one on the far left of the gantry and one at the 7th screw cap on the linear rail of the gantry. Use a 3M poster strip to connect the brackets to the gantry.

2 x X Mounts + 2 x 3M Poster Adhesives + 4 Zip Ties
