Summary
This is a recreation of the trigger pack for the PS90 made by Themoosegoesmoo.
You can get the spring for the takedown lever in an assorted spring kit like this one.
The no hook model is easier to print and omits the hook shaped protrusion from the bottom of the pack. It isn't required for function and removing it makes printing way easier.
