Summary

This remix has the following changes:

The rear tabs are extended so the screws don't separate the layers.
The 5.25" screw holes have been slightly enlarged and relocated.
The 2.5" screw openings are slightly enlarged to accommodate screws with larger heads.
There are four new holes (spaced for a 2.5" drive) added so I could mount the adapter to a proprietary drive cage/holder.

I've included a FreeCAD project to make any further modifications easier.
