I recomend printing at 100% as PLA is fairly cheap but to retain the rigidity in hot summer I recommend using light colors and max infill. It also increases the weight which is good for a pedalboard.
Print laying on its front with no supports or use tree supports.
Locking piece is optional, you may want it for alignment though. Made for M4x12 screws and nuts.
If you intend to use it as standalone or are willing to modify the model there's a base for the board (longpodstawkaTPU.stl) It's optional, but if you print it in TPU as the name suggests, you get a nice rubber base that won't be so hard on your floor and reduce spillage on hard surfaces. It should stay on with just press fit but there are slits to secure it with thin zipties or cable ties if you want to throw it around.

How I Designed This

I absolutely adore the pedalboard that lithium366 made. I took it upon myself to adapt it to all of my guitar effects. Digital Reverb and Delay pedal by Sonicake was a thing I've wanted to add, ended up using the board to make it standalone, as my girlfriend probably won't use anything else for quite some time learning. It was made for her as a gift.
