Summary

A single modle containing 16 brackets in various sizes.

4 brackets each 20mm wide: (approx)

25mm by 25mm (1" by 1")
25mm by 45mm (1" by 1 3/4")
45mm by 45mm (1 3/4" by 1 3/4")
40mm by 70mm (1 1/2" by 2 3/4")

Best made with many wall thicknesses, this model does not require supports, though skirts might be helpful. I used PLA for my test print.

4 wall thicknesses, 2 top shells, 2 bottom shells, 10% grid, worked out to just 100g of filament and 4h20 of print time on my AnyCubic Kobra Neo. (just one iteration of the model, though my plate could fit four of these as layed-out)

The whole model is 107mm by 107mm, so in theory, 4 of these models could be placed on a single 220mm by 220mm build plate.

They can be stacked 0.2mm apart if you iron all horizontal faces, and easily print 64 brackets per layer (great for over-night printing).

I'm still perfecting this, but what a great way to eat-up some dead printing time and get some useful stuff for all of your DIY projects!
