Push-Up Dispensers for Kimwipes can cost you from $25 to $35 USD. Printing in PLA at ~22$/kg for a 150g print, you can save 80-90%!
These are useful in any kind of lab where materials are routinely cleaned with disposable wipes. Just remove the perforated tab on the bottom of the wipe box and nestle it inside the holder. The raised ellipse effectively eliminates the frustration of having to dig into an otherwise clean dispenser to pull the wipes back through the opening.
Additional modifications improve the functionality and mountability of the Push-Up Dispenser.
A) Use a pair of rubber/silicone bands to secure the tissue box on the dispenser.
B) Place or glue 2-4 magnets (max OD 20 mm) to help anchor the dispenser to paramagnetic surfaces.
Applying both allows mounting at right angles or even inverted to save bench space.

The walls of the central ellipse could be thicker, however there's not a lot of force in that direction.
How I Designed This
Design input
I compared the dimensions listed for the typical "kimwipe box" to those listed for the official/expensive polysytrene commercial versions.
I wanted the dispenser to prevent the last 20% of wipes falling back into the box. This annoys the user, and can contaminate the remainder of the wipes if pulled back through the opening without aseptic technique.
Iterations
The first two versions reduced the excess distance between the dispenser and box in all three dimensions. The second version introduced the bevel on the top of the raised ellipse to help center and 'hold' the wipe box.
The third version used a hollow ellipse in the center to reduce material use and speed printing.
The fourth version added a series of hexagonal holes on the base to spare material, printing time, and to prove spaces for mounting magnets or bolts.
The fifth version substituted fewer, but larger, circular holes. These holes are also countersunk, permitting magnets/washers with 12 to 20 mm OD for mounting.
Future Features
One goal is adding a ratcheting mechanism, allowing shorter maximum distances to keep even pressure and eliminate the need for elastic bands to 'sandwich' the dispenser and box together.
Ideally the base of the raised ellipse would house a small spring or slightly-compliant mechanism to apply upward force.
This would be paired with sets of unidirectional teeth on the vertical supports, facing inward, towards the tissue box.
