Summary

Designed for and Tested on my BBb Leblanc Paperclip CBC. Will fitt other BBb and EEb Leblancs and most other brand BBb Contras. Somewhat dark but not dull. Unique comfort beak design.

Uses (3) O-Rings 30mm ID x 2mm wide. Use a little petroleum jelly in neck socket. If the fit is not good, you may need to scale the stl file up/down a little (in the slicer) or try different size O-Rings or file the grooves.

I prefer using a Rovner ligature or my own cord ligature design.

Notes:
Printed blank should be 112 mm long and 40 mm wide at the shoulder. I adjust the XYZ steps in my printer as needed to get the right size.

Use 4 wall layers or make solid. I block supports on the logos and use a brim.

Silky PLA works nice too.

Post-Printing

Must be hand finished!

Like any 3D printed mouthpiece, it will only play as good as your facing skills are. I like these finished to a .091" tip opening = 2.31 mm. The facing length at 61.5 = 30.75 mm. and an elliptical facing curve shape with an aspect ratio of 8.
