Summary

I had all the rainbow colored filament after printing my Colourblocks models (Check my designs!), so I made this fun little print. You can make it as a standalone rainbow toy, or you can make the parts with some small LED strip parts and make it a fantastic dimmable night light.

I'm using a standard white LED strip, and an led dimmer controller. Both are real inexpensive on amazon.

This will all print without support, I did notice that the infill on my tubes restricts the light somewhat, printing those with zero infill should be easy and will let the light really fill them up.

The largest rainbow tubes are red at 220mm across and orange at 190mm, so scale accordingly.

I used all the cheapest amazon filaments like kingroon, I'm sure plenty of people have these colors already.

You'll need to print all six rainbow tubes, plus either left and right cloud, or all the parts with LED in the title for the light version.

Forgot to add, don't glue the tubes in and it can be a stacking rainbow toy! The base has little covers on the electronics so it should be totally safe to play with.
