Summary

Adapter for Erbauer 18V series battery

There are two files:

Erbauer_battery_adapter.stl - is for printing with your own supports settings,
Erbauer_battery_adapter_with_supports.stl - is with build-in quick printing supports you can easily remove after printing.

I also attached the original project in FreeCAD if someone wants to modify it.

This is still work in progress!

Some assembly required!

After printing and removing the supports you need to make two identical contacts from 1mm copper or brass sheet metal, according to the drawing.

Post-Printing

Add contacts

Cut out of copper or bras 1mm sheet metal two identical parts, as shown in the drawing. Bend the contacts 90° at 16mm mark. You can chamfer the edges that are sticking out but I do not recommend chamfering the side that is in the body, as it gives the contact more stability.
