Summary

I needed a more extended version of the original for my dual monitor setup. I also found that the 30 mm half-round on the arm and bracket needed more substance as they broke regardless of print orientation in my setup.

I did three sizes: SM, MD, and LG. The Medium worked for my setup, but while I was at it, I decided to add a large version just in case.

Adjustments: I added more material for the bracket and arm to hold onto my dual monitor stand without breaking. I also added a wedge under the Mic holder end for support because my printer printed best with the piece standing up, and it had an unsupported overhang, which allowed me to go without supports.

My print settings:

Printer: FLSUN SR
Slicer: Cura
Material: PETG
Infill: 15% gyroid infill
First Layer fan: OFF
First Layer Height: 0.3mm
Fan after first Layer: 50% (Allows a balance of the PETG to melt to the layer and cool some)
Layer Height after First Layer: 0.2mm
Bed Adhesion: 10mm brim
90C Bed Temp
240C Nozzle Temp
