Summary

A simple screw knob in two halves using M6 bolts.

Just superglue the halves together after inserting the bolt - you might need to pull it in from the bottom with a nut and washer to get the bolt head to seat correctly as the pocket is deliberately undersized to get a strong press fit.

Notes:
Place both halves on the print bed with fillets facing up like shown. The bottom half needs a little bit of infill for the hex pocket while the top half woks just fine with bridging so I used a support blocker on it.
I recommend printing with 3 perimeters and 50% infill to not make the knob feel ridiculously light compared to the screw - also the hex pocket needs to be solid otherwise the bolt head will end up working itself loose and you end up with an uncomfortable amount of backlash whenever you try to tighten the knob.
