For the best results avoid using a brim if you can get away with it. The top edge is a bit smoother without one.

Orientation

The part covering the face of the watch should be on the build plate. Check to make sure it's properly flat, or it may be placed on the curve of the cover.

Orient the print so that the long edge is parallel with the fan mouth. This gives me a bit better quality on the topmost overhang (bottom of the case), since this is pushing the limits of my cooling.

Model

The FreeCAD model is included. The parameters are defined in the spreadsheet "Param". The ones you are most likely going to want to change are:
- TopT: the thickness of cover on top of screen
- LipT: how far the cover extends over the screen
Documentation is very poor at this time. I will (hopefully) update it in the future.

Post-Printing

Prep

Minimal cleanup is required.

There may be a extra material on the interior due to the z-seam. I can usually scrape this off with my fingernail, but standard-sized clippers reach it as well.

There may be extra material around the cutouts for the band. This can be easily removed with clippers.

Fitting

The button should fit neatly inside its cutout. If it's off, you will be able to press it with you thumbnail slightly below/above the raised area. If it's really off, you can feel the button click when you press it (this might be preferable, but I like it snug).

There is a small tab above each band cutout. This should catch on the edge of the frame above the band to help secure the cover, and keep it flat against the screen.
