This thing is an air scoop that fits a Piper Cherokee window vent to bring in some ventilation during ground operations. The design was patterned after an older vacuum-formed part that an acquaintance used in his plane.

I printed it in PETG for more temperature resistance, flange side down on the build surface, with tree supports. A few have been in service for a year or more now and seem to be holding up okay.

I recommend increased wall thickness and/or infill percentage for durability.
