Summary

I didn't feel like buying a piece of plastic for $35, so I spent ~$1500 and made one myself.

Rear bag rider for the stock on a Fix rifle by Q. Uses two 10-32 x 1" socket head screws to mount on the Q-Sert system.

I printed most of my prototypes in Sunlu PLA+ and they worked fine; ended up printing some in Overture TPU High Speed filament for a little more grip.

I uploaded the plain one, so feel free to remix and add whatever texture you want.
