Loved the original design but it seemed a problem with the clearances, at least with the cheap Bowden clamps I got from Amazon. My PLA was too fragile (mebbe too old) for the one I tried and PLA+ and PTEG too rigid for the tolerances of this design. Head of the Bowden clamp I had was nearly 10mm and this clip just wouldn't slide over. Added clearance for that head. Noted that the ID of the original design was just 4mm, the same as the the Bowden tube itself under the end lip. Enlarged the hole to 7.4mm so it would fit over the metal part of the clamp, then elongated that center so that the clip would be mostly centered on the Bowden clamp it was being installed on. Worked well with new PETG.
Print Settings

Slowed the print speed down to the slowest that the PETG would tolerate, to give it plenty of time to bond and make it as strong as possible.
How I Designed This
Used Tinkercad and a number of hole cylinders, shaped and scooched into place to chop off some of the original design.
