Summary

After creating a replica from scratch for HPA there were some holes and unneeded things. So I fired up my CAD. I was in need of covers for the selector cap, charging handle and buffer tube. In addition the original dust cover is triped from the inside (which obviously is not possible any more), so I wanted something that can be opened with my finger nail. Since no one sells bare barrel nuts (which are nice or shiny)... hey, CAD :D

All pieces are meant to be used with a Specna Arms Edge 2.0 body. They might fit other brands, too.
There is also a spacer for the pistol grip included. Just adjust its height / thickness in your slicer to fit your needs.

Endcap cover:
Little bit proud of this because it follows the curves of the receiver instead of having straight sides :-)
The difference "wide" and "tight" in the endcaps is 0.1mm. Bothy are designed as press fit. Removing the tight one is nearly impossible without breaking it (just in case you know that you need to do that one day).
The difference "low" and "high" in the endcaps refers to the level where the lower receiver ends. Using the "low" version still allows you utilize a charging handle. The "high" version sits flush with my provided charging handle cover (long version).
"noScrew", "FlatScrew" and "CountersunkScrew" refer to the screw head form.
There is also a "Slingpate" version which you might use to determine the fitting and tolerances on your replica. You can also use it as a spacer for the real buffer tube (and scale it to your needs in the slicer).

Charging Handle cover:
"Short" ends where the Picatinny rail ends. It is like a plug. You can see into the receiver because I had to leave it open due to the need of sliding the upper apart from the lower without interfering with the gear box shell.
"Long" ends where the lower receiver ends and matches with the "high" versions of my endcaps. This combination is illustrated in the pictures. It has a thin wall at the end to eleminate "issue" mentioned above.

Dust Cover:
This is meant to be closed all the time. To open it, pull it down with your finger nail (and maybe grap it with another finger after that). To achieve that, you have to modify your spring as shown. A pair of pliers did the job for me. Please remember during assembly: you want the spring to push against to cover to keep it shut.

Selector Cap cover:
Just a press fit. The version "Marking" has this groove most of the replica caovers have. I did not like that so I used the "Blank" version in my build.

Barrel Nut:
This one is in M32 x 1.5mm (aka "EU") which is common for airsoft replicas. Real steel and most GBBs use M31.8 x 1.4mm ( aka "US" or 1 1/4"-18 UNEF). Those are not interchangeable but look pretty similiar!
