Summary

The KTM/Husqvarna OEM filter cage has a rather pointy center support with a tendency to cut into the air filter; this prevents that from happening.

I know this fits 2017 and 2018 KTM/Husqvarna 2-strokes, and it fits more but I dont know the exact years and models. If your filter looks like the one in my pictures, give it a try.

Its a small part, and you don't want it breaking in your air box, I printed mine with 6 walls and 100 infill. I used ABS and it is strong.

The filter cage usually has a little nub where this is installed, I shaved that off with a razor before installing this. The fit is tight, push it on and it will stay.

I printed mine on a Bambu P1s, I don't get carried away with posting my settings, I assume you'll have your own settings for your machine and materials. But, I more or less used the generic ABS, turned off raft/brim/supports, set it to 6 walls (maybe even more) and 100% infill.

For anyone interested, I think the angle of the "X" (the point of the air filter frame that this covers) is 115 degrees and its 2.3mm wide.
