Summary
This adapter allows you to mount a 58 mm circular filter to the GoPro 4 waterproof housing. The adapter has no secure screw, so do not use it in action that involves a lot of vibrations, as it may fall off the camera.
Circular filter thread pitch is 0.75mm
You may remix the design in any way suitable, as the Fusion 360 archive file is present as well.

Post-Printing
Sand the rectangular lens mount.
With some fine sandpaper you can get off some material from the rectangular lens mount to make it fit the GoPro housing better.
